Tasks

Handling of sea freight shipments
Order and notification acceptance
Handling of import shipments through to delivery to the customer
Arrival and delivery control, shipment tracking, and deadline monitoring
Preparation and execution of customs and tax-related shipment processing
Customer support and administration of customer processes

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12
3–5 years sea‑freight import experience
Solid customs compliance & documentation knowledge
Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills
Strong understanding of FCL/LCL sea‑freight processes
