Requirements

Recognised diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience in technical projects and engineering processes.

Diploma in Business Administration or Office Administration will be an added advantage

Job Description:

Mamadi and Company (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Project Administrator. The candidate will be ultimately responsible for

·Providing administrative and specified technical support on Engineering and Environmental projects within the organization.

· Assist in developing filing, record keeping and project management administration systems.

· Participate in the division’s tender processes.

· Collate and verify technical documentation for planning, design, modelling, analysis and contractual activities using any engineering software.

· Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, track action items and compliance

· Perform budget tracking, cost monitoring, and invoice processing, helping ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

· Assist in preparing project documents, standard reports, and presentations, ensuring all project information is accessible, organized, and compliant with company standards.

· Assist the technical personnel to identify project risks, escalate issues, and assist in implementing changes or solutions as required

· Report on compliance and risk matters identified during task performance.

· Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialists.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory requirements.

Experience and additional requirements

3-8 years working experience .

Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS software particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Have strong report writing and communication skills;
