Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day of the Office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Office staff, repairs of Elevators and

installation activities, managing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality elevators projects while maintaining safety and quality standards. Core Operational Function. Production Planning & Coordination

 Tender Process

 Tender costing and pricing analysis

 Preparation and submission of bid documents

 Coordination with suppliers for pricing

 Master Installation Scheduling:

 Convert project engineering data and contractual milestones into detailed, site-specific

installation and modernization schedules.

 Resource Optimization:

 Allocate field teams, elevator mechanics, and testing engineers to specific construction sites.

Balance project priorities based on main contractor handovers and site readiness.

 Inter-departmental Liaison:

 Coordinate directly with manufacturing factories (or external supply chains), structural

designers, and sales teams to align production lead times with building construction timelines.

Workflow Management

 Routing & Task Sequencing:

 Define and monitor the exact operational sequence of the vertical transportation build. (e.g.,

from scaffolding erection and guide rail alignment to cab assembly, wiring, and final

commissioning).

Pay: R14 000,00 - R67 000,00 per month
