Project Management Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Solutions Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Planner, and Planner Power App solutions.

The role focuses on working closely with clients to understand business requirements, cross sell, recommend best practices, and deliver tailored Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES2.1 Platform Support & Operations

· Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Planner, and Planner Power App solutions.

· Configure and customize solutions including licensing, security, workflows, reporting, migrations and integrations.

· Ensure successful deployment aligned to client business needs.

2.2 Business Analysis & Consulting

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PPM solutions.

· Recommend best practices for project and portfolio management.

· Advise clients on optimizing project management processes using Microsoft tools.

2.3 Configuration & Customization

· Configure Microsoft Project Online and Planner environments.

· Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting features.

· Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Planner App, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.

2.4 Data Migration & User Adoption

· Support data migration activities from different task and project management tools.

· Drive user adoption through change management strategies.

· Provide user support during and after implementation.

2.5 Training & Documentation

· Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions.

· Document all project deliverables

· Create user guides and technical documentation.

2.6 Support & Continuous Improvement

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

· Provide post-implementation support.

· Recommend continuous improvements and enhancements

3. PLATFORM CAPABILITIES

Pay: R14 252,65 - R65 237,34 per month

Work Location: In person
