WE'RE HIRING: Project Manager (GoHighLevel CRM)
Are you a GoHighLevel expert who knows how to keep projects on track, clients happy, and developers aligned? This could be your next remote opportunity!
We're looking for a Project Manager with 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience to lead CRM implementation projects from kickoff to launch.
What You'll Do:
✅ Manage end-to-end GoHighLevel CRM implementation projects
✅ Lead client onboarding & discovery calls
✅ Coordinate developers and project timelines
✅ Track progress using Asana
✅ Manage workflows, automations, pipelines & integrations
✅ Keep clients informed every step of the way
What We're Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of GoHighLevel experience (Required)
✔ CRM implementation/project management experience
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Experience with Asana or similar PM tools
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Points If You Have:
- API integration & webhook experience
- n8n, Zapier, or Make automation experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Experience working with remote development teams
Fully Remote
Full-Time | EST Working Hours
