Project Manager

• Educational Background:
• National Diploma (or higher) in
• Building/Construction Management
• or
• Civil Engineering
• , with solid theoretical grounding in construction methodologies, project planning, and engineering principles.
• Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years post‑qualification experience in the construction industry, with progressive responsibility in project delivery, site management, and stakeholder coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large‑scale projects from initiation through to completion.

• Core Competencies:
• Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, BOQ compilation, tender processes, and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and financial reconciliation to ensure projects remain within scope and budget.
• Hands‑on experience with site logistics, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and construction management software.
• Familiarity with civil works, bulk water projects, stormwater management, and general building works.
• Competence in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and compliance certificates.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Adept at preparing progress reports, site schedules, and operational breakdowns for management and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate contracts, and drive project milestones under tight deadlines.
