Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand solution design, workflows, and delivery constraints.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support change management activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements within project delivery and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects within a systems development lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Data Science, R, Microservices, and SDLC practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
