Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on leading teams, managing multiple priorities and delivering technology projects from start to finish?

We are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Technology / IT team. You will be responsible for managing concurrent technology projects of varying size and complexity, while supporting Agile sprint delivery and defined Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn business and technology objectives into actionable delivery plans, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

Role Purpose

To manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, quality and budget. The role will also support Agile delivery, BAU enhancements and operational improvements while maintaining effective project governance and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage technology projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery documentation.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, scope changes and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, releases and operational handovers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear and timely project reporting.
• Coordinate external technology vendors and monitor delivery against agreed commitments.
• Support BAU activities, system enhancements and operational improvements.
• Maintain appropriate project governance, reporting and financial oversight.

What You Need

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant project management or technology delivery experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of project management principles, project lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong planning, organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Experience using project management, collaboration or Agile delivery tools.
• Ability to confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Industry & Technology Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be advantageous:

• Financial Services
• Telecommunications
• IT and Technology
• Mobile Application Development
• Web Development and Digital Platforms
• CRM systems and platforms
• Working with external technology vendors and cross-functional delivery teams

Project Management or Agile certifications will be beneficial, including:

• PMP
• PRINCE2
• CAPM
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• PMI-ACP
• AgilePM
• Equivalent Project Management or Agile certifications

Office-Based Role: The successful candidate will be required to work from the company's designated office.
