Project Manager (Website Migration Project)

BRAIN RICH GROUP (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications from experienced Project Managers to oversee website migration and digital implementation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, implementation and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans.
• Coordinate project activities and technical resources.
• Manage project scope, timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coordinate testing, deployment and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Manage project documentation and ensure successful project closure.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree.
• Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing ICT, digital transformation or website implementation projects.
• Experience managing website development and migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables within strict deadlines.
• Contactable references.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering similar projects.
