About The Company
The Company clears, recovers and adds value to industrial waste for mines, cement plants, industry and government. We turn waste into recovered materials and audit-ready ESG results.

The role
You will keep every project on track and every record audit-ready. You will turn our operations into clear monthly reports that clients use in their ESG and transformation reporting, and run the systems that let a small team work like a large one. This is a core role in a three-person founding team.

What you will do

Run project plans, trackers and weekly client status updates.
Maintain the company compliance pack, and handle supplier onboarding and tender documentation.
Manage NDAs, site access and the permit and licence renewal calendar.
Control chain-of-custody records and the certificate register for every load.
Produce monthly ESG and impact reports covering tonnes recovered, landfill diversion, carbon, jobs and local spend.
Run quarterly client reviews and satisfaction surveys.
Report enterprise and supplier development results.
Run the CRM, digital forms, dashboards and tools, and support invoicing and finance admin with our accountant.
Ensure data is handled in line with POPIA.

What you bring

5+ years in project coordination, compliance, ESG or environmental reporting, ideally in mining, waste, environmental services or industrial services.
A degree or diploma in environmental management, project management, business or a related field.
Strong Excel and data skills; experience with CRM or dashboard tools (Power BI or similar) is an advantage.
Understanding of supplier onboarding, tender compliance and B-BBEE documentation.
Confident using AI and digital tools to work faster.
Highly organised, precise and able to manage several clients at once.
A valid driver's licence.
