We are a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality water filtration, purification, and custom water management solutions. We pride ourselves on hands-on expertise, reliable service, and technical excellence. We are looking for an experienced Water Treatment Technician who can combine technical know-how with field leadership.

Role Overview

In this hands-on dual role, you will lead day-to-day filtration and purification system installations while serving as the primary technical troubleshooter on site. You will oversee our installation crew, maintain quality standards, and interface directly with clients to resolve technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities System Installation & Commissioning:

Install, setup, and test residential, commercial, or specialized water purification and filtration systems.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the installation crew on site, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with safety protocols.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnose complex plumbing, electrical, or water chemistry issues and implement effective on-site solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect completed work to ensure strict compliance with plumbing standards and company quality guidelines.

Client Communication:

Explain system operation, maintenance schedules, and technical details clearly to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements Technical Expertise:

Strong background in plumbing, water filtration, and purification systems (e.g., reverse osmosis, media filters, UV systems, dosing pumps).

Problem-Solving:

Excellent diagnostic skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset under pressure.

Certifications/Trade:

Relevant plumbing qualifications would be beneficial.

Driver’s License:

Valid driver’s license

Pay: R12 500,00 - R20 000,00 per month

License/Certification:

Drivers licence (Required)

Work Location: On the road
