Job description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for fashion, footwear and customer service.
As a DOGO Shoes Promoter, you will be responsible for creating awareness of our brand, engaging with customers and promoting our footwear and products in-store.
NB: MUST LIVE CLOSE TO ORIENTAL CITY, CENTURION
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Key Responsibilities:
-Actively approach and engage with customers.
-Promote DOGO Shoes products and communicate their features and benefits.
-Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
-Encourage customers to visit and shop at the store.
-Create a positive and welcoming customer experience.
-Support the team in achieving sales and promotional targets.
-Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
-Assist with promotional activities, displays and campaigns when required.
Requirements:
-Previous promotional, retail or sales experience will be advantageous.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers.
-Passionate about fashion, footwear and retail.
-Well-presented and professional.
-Customer-focused and energetic.
-Able to work weekends and selected promotional days.
-Must be comfortable working in a busy shopping-centre environment.
-Reliable and punctual.
