Property Manager / Accountant

PROPERTY MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT WANTED

We are looking for a female, experienced Property Manager / Accountant to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our properties and financial administration.

Requirements

· Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in property management and/or accounting

· Strong experience managing tenants and landlord-tenant relationships

· Experience with invoicing, receipting and account administration

· Strong bookkeeping and financial administration skills

· Experience with rent collection and tenant account management

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and tenants

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/property management software

· Relevant accounting, finance or property management qualifications will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day tenant and property administration

· Handle tenant queries, correspondence and account enquiries

· Prepare and issue invoices

· Process receipts and payments

· Monitor rental payments and outstanding accounts

· Follow up on outstanding rental accounts

· Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations

· Coordinate property-related administration and maintenance requests

· Maintain professional relationships with tenants, suppliers and service providers
