Property Manager

We're seeking an experienced, organized Property Manager to join our team full-time and remotely from South Africa. In this role you'll support the day-to-day operations of an Australian property management portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for tenants and owners and helping properties run smoothly from a distance. This is a fully remote, full-time position, ideal for a property professional who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working across time zones with an overseas team.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and coordinating maintenance appointments
• Liaising with tenants on day-to-day queries and issues
• Reconciling accounts accurately and on time
• Conducting reference checks on prospective tenants
• Handling financial tasks including rent collection
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management or a similar tenant and owner facing role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable managing financial tasks such as rent collection and account reconciliation
• Experience conducting tenant reference checks
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
• Able to commit to full-time hours that overlap with Australian business hours (WA time)
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
• Based in South Africa

Pay: R115,00 - R172,00 per hour
