Job description
About us:
We are a fast-growing property management company specialising in residential communities like Sectional Title schemes and HOAs. Our culture is built on trust, integrity, teamwork, and mutual respect. Because we are expanding rapidly, we are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and grow into a full Portfolio Manager through hands-on mentorship and structured in-house training.
The opportunity:
You don’t need decades of property experience to excel here. We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you are naturally organised, thrive on solving daily puzzles, and love working with people, this role offers a clear path into a rewarding career in property management.
What you’ll do (with our in-house support):
- Client Care: Build strong, positive relationships with trustees, property owners, and service providers.
- Meeting & Admin Support: Schedule meetings, prepare clear agendas, record minutes, and gradually step into hosting/chairing meetings under supervision.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and property financial health.
- Property Operations: Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance requests, and general day-to-day administration.
What we’re looking for:
- A Can-Do Attitude: High energy, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn new systems and laws.
- Great Communication: Clear, warm written and spoken communication with comfortable public-speaking skills.
- Sharp Organization: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and comfort with basic numbers/budgets.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Word, and Excel.
- Essentials: A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport.
Who this role would be perfect for:
Whether you are a Project Management graduate looking to apply your organizational skills, or a Hospitality professional seeking better work-life balance and a structured career pivot, this role gives you a platform to shine. We value your soft skills, work ethic, and adaptability above formal property experience.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-have, but not required):
- Basic familiarity with HOA or Sectional Title environments.
- A qualification in Property Studies, Finance, or a completed Paddocks Sectional Title course.
- Experience or qualifications in Hospitality, Guest Relations, or Customer Support.
- Background or education in Project Management, Operations, or Event Planning.
What we offer:
- Comprehensive, structured in-house training and support.
- A clear growth trajectory into managing your own full portfolio.
- A supportive, collaborative team environment.
- Salary dependent on experience and potential.
If all of the above sounds like you and you are seeking an exciting new opportunity, we encourage you to apply! Please submit your resume/CV and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience via Indeed.
