We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Practitioner to join our team.
If you know residential sales, know how to find business and want to work with a dynamic team where you are valued, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect and secure new listings
- Build and manage client relationships
- Conduct valuations, viewings and listing appointments
- Handle negotiations and drive deals through to completion
- Manage your own pipeline and grow your business
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous residential property experience
- Valid FFC
- Own vehicle & valid driver’s licence
- Own laptop
- Confident communicator
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Professional, driven and self-motivated
Non-area-bound — work across Cape Town.
