Job description
Property Management company in Brackenhurst, Alberton requires an experienced Property Rental Agent.
Rental experience is an absolute requirement. Should be able to work under pressure and must be able to meet deadlines on submitting of documentation, moving in and out inspections etc. Willing to work weekends, have own vehicle and a valid driver's licence. Applicants from 35 years and older can apply for the position.
· Fully computer literate and the ability to learn company specific software that is Pastel based.
· Can read, understand and work with legal documentation such as rental contracts.
· Attend to maintenance requirements for rental properties.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Organized, meticulous and people skills.
· Tact and diplomacy.
· The ability to be proactive and take initiative, strong attention to detail.
· Good time management skills due to position being deadline driven.
· Assist with administrative duties.
· Contribute positively to the team.
Basic salary, petrol allowance, company cell phone and commission based income.
Please Note: This position is an office based position.
Available to start immediately.

Pay: R5 000,00 - R6 000,00 per month
