PSIRA Grade A - Supervisor (5-Star Hotel)

We are currently seeking candidates for an A-Grade Hotel Security Supervisor

• Grade A PSIRA position
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in CCTV surveillance, monitoring, incident detection, and reviewing footage.
• Strong knowledge of hotel security procedures, access control, patrols, emergency response, and incident reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate security officers.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, management, and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies and security incidents.
• Computer literate,
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate security logs, reports, and incident records.
• Knowledge of fire, health and safety procedures, evacuation protocols, and emergency response.
• Clear criminal record and suitable background screening.
• Valid Psira Grade A and CCTV certificate compulsory
