PSIRA registered Security Officers

SECURITY OFFICERS REQUIRED – BOKSBURG AREA

PABC Security Solutions is recruiting reliable and professional Security Officers who reside in Boksburg and surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid PSIRA registration
• Grade C security qualification or higher
• Valid South African identity document or valid work permit
• Clear criminal record
• Minimum Grade 10; Grade 12 will be advantageous
• Previous security experience
• Retail security experience will be advantageous
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be physically fit, alert, disciplined, and presentable
• Must have reliable transport or be able to travel to and from Boksburg for all shifts
• Must reside in Boksburg or the surrounding areas

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles
• Patrol the premises and identify security or safety risks
• Prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorised access, and other unlawful activity
• Monitor suspicious persons, vehicles, and activities
• Complete occurrence book entries, registers, and incident reports
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Assist customers, tenants, employees, and visitors when required
• Follow all site procedures, post instructions, and lawful instructions from management
• Immediately report incidents and operational concerns to the control room or supervisor
• Protect the client’s property, employees, customers, and assets
