Job description
Sales Consultant - (Part Time - 138) This is a part time role. 138 hours per week. You will be assisting during peak hours, weekends and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and assist them in finding the perfect Nintendo products and games. Offer expert advice, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
- Stay informed about the latest Nintendo releases, gaming trends, and industry news. Be the resident expert who can guide customers through the vast Nintendo catalogue.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling products, providing add-on recommendations, and showcasing the value of Nintendo's offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Completed national senior certificate
- A deep love for Nintendo and a strong understanding of its products, franchises, and history.
- 1+ years of experience as a sales consultant
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Be a South African Citizen
- Live close to Sandton City
