Job description
Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Agent
Experience Required: 6–12 months’ experience in a call centre environment
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer calls to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct call and transaction quality assessments.
- Identify errors, compliance risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate and constructive feedback to sales agents.
- Complete QA scorecards and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure agents follow company policies, procedures and campaign requirements.
- Identify training and coaching needs.
- Work closely with Team Leaders, Trainers and Management.
- Prepare and submit QA reports and performance trends.
- Ensure customer service and sales standards are consistently maintained.
Requirements
- 6–12 months’ call centre experience required.
- Previous QA experience will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and listening skills. (isizulu speaking)
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to analyse calls and identify areas of improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales processes.
- Matric certificate advantageous.
