QA Agent Required – Call Centre Sales

We are looking to hire Experienced Quality Assurance Agents with attention to detail, impeccable communication skills, computer literate, proficient with excel and business report writing skills, punctual and deadline driven.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales calls to ensure that agents consistently meet company quality standards, sales targets, compliance requirements, and customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate recorded and live sales calls.
• Assess agents against quality and sales performance standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure agents follow approved sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Identify coaching and training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate QA reports and performance records.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and Sales Managers to improve overall team performance.
• Escalate recurring quality or compliance issues when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in call centre quality assurance, sales, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of call centre sales processes.
• Excellent listening, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide professional and constructive feedback.
• Good understanding of quality monitoring and performance metrics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous QA experience in a sales environment will be an advantage.
