QC Analyst

Inhle New Opco is seeking a QC Analyst to verify that the manufactured product meets regulatory, quality and Food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct analysis as per inspection plan, that is pH, Brix, Fill Volumes, Alcohol and Acidity.

· Performs calibration and verification for the following instruments: Anton Paar, Refractometer, Auto-Titrator, pH meter and scales.

· Performs laboratory testing of product according to current approved methods in an accurate manner.

· Accurate recordkeeping.

· CIP chemical strength verification, sampling of rinse water and physical verification after CIP

· Practices GLP, laboratory safety and housekeeping procedures in accordance with SHE, Food Safety and quality policies.

Minimum Requirements:

· Internal/External candidates with ND Biotechnology and Analytical Chemistry

· Mathematical Skills – (Basic understanding of Numeracy)

· Ability to work accurately and fast

· Communication skills

· Accountability and must be reliable

· Must be able to interpret data

· Careful attention to detail to ensure accuracy & consistency in testing.

Working Conditions:

· Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

· On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
