Job description
Seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Agent to join our Fleet Managed Maintenance Contact Centre. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert, providing professional technical advice and resolving queries related to vehicle maintenance. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and exceptional customer experience.
As a Fleet Managed Maintenance Contact Centre Agent, you will be the go-to expert for customers requiring assistance with vehicle maintenance. From offering technical guidance to facilitating maintenance processes, you will ensure each customer receives outstanding support and service.
- Resolve customer queries regarding managed maintenance.
- Provide technical advice as the subject matter expert on vehicle maintenance.
- Facilitate and oversee the vehicle maintenance process from start to finish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient service delivery.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a mechanic (petrol or diesel).
- Commercial vehicle exposure will be advantageous.
- Clear ITC and criminal record.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- One solid reference required per candidate.
