Vacancy: Qualified LP Gas Installer
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
We are looking for a qualified and experienced LP Gas Installer to join our growing team.
Minimum Requirements
- Must hold a valid SAQCC Gas Registration (LPG).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial LP Gas installations.
- Sound knowledge of SANS 10087-1 and all relevant gas regulations.
- Ability to issue Certificates of Conformity (COCs).
- Experience installing:
- Gas geysers
- Gas stoves and hobs
- Bulk and cylinder installations
- Regulators, piping, and gas reticulation systems
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Carry out safe and compliant LP Gas installations.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault finding.
- Conduct inspections and leak tests.
- Ensure all work complies with current SANS standards.
- Complete all required documentation and COCs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service.
