Job description
A National brand is looking for an Automotive After Sales Manager for the KwaZulu-Natal based in Hillcrest.
Requirements:
- Strong Mechanical Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience as a after sales manager in the motor industry.
- Must have own reliable transport.
- Must be well-presented and able to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
- Honest and reliable.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Plan and manage operational policies and strategies .
- Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals.
- Ensure that the required statistical reporting is completed and disseminated as appropriate.
- Oversee and take responsibility for quality control and performance management.
- Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements
- MUST have a valid Driver’s License.
Duties:
- Strong people skills, customer service ability, Relationship Management skills required.
- Training, and managing Franchisee’s and their employees.
- To Develop, Execute, and manage service and parts process to increase productivity and profitability of Aftersales.
- Handling of complaints and warranty cases.
- The provision of advice on any arising questions and the recommendation of upselling services
- Ensure the overall satisfaction of a company’s customer.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
Working hours
Mon to Friday 7.00am to 17.30pm
Saturday 8am till 1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
