Qualified Tractor Mechanic with Experience

ER Trekkerdienste, an established agricultural mechanization business in Humansdorp in the Eastern Cape, is growing their workshop staff component. On offer a position with a market related remuneration package (including benefits) for a qualified tractor mechanic.

Suitable candidates meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be a qualified (trade tested) tractor or diesel mechanic with agricultural experience.
• Must have diverse tractor brand experience (e.g. Massey Ferguson, Landini, New Holland/Ford, Case), as well as experience of maintenance and repairs to agricultural equipment and implements. (Experience of earth-moving equipment will also be beneficial.)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant (tractor related) experience.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

At least 3 contactable references and your latest 2 payslips are required.

Remuneration package:

• Basic salary (depending on experience) and commission/incentive remuneration structure with benefits apply (market related).
• Package R20 000 to R60 000 per month (Cost-to-company, based on an incentive scale).
