Job description
Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
MIB Insurance Brokers is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- At least 2 years’ work experience in a relevant or similar field.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, reporting tools).
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit consultant–client calls in line with scripting and compliance requirements.
- Perform accurate data capturing tasks.
- Compile and distribute daily/weekly reports.
- Clear criminal record
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle will be an advantage
Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Confident in using computer systems and digital tools.
