Introduction
A small to medium firm is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of certification
Maintain a filing system for trade test, accreditation, assessment and monitoring report
Ensure that all records, including applications, serial numbers and issued certificates, are properly archived and stored for future reference or audit purposes.
Capture accurate learner information.
Verify supporting documentation.
Communicate professionally with stakeholders
Prepare clear written correspondence
Respond to provider and learner enquiries
Draft meeting minutes
Prepare reports
Present information accurately
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Experience & Qualification
National diploma (NQF Level 6) would be preferred
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
