Key Responsibility Areas / duties

• Learner Admin & Sales Systems

• • Capturing of facts.
    • Listening skills.
    • Extracting and capturing of Data for reporting purposes.
    • Read and write in as many of South African vernac languages.

• Continuous Enhancement of L&D and Preparation of Training Interventions

• Product training.

• Planning and preparing for training interventions and Induction, which includes meeting schedules and training attendance registers.

• Operational Execution

• Evaluation production in the funeral space.

• Adhering to targets and deadlines.

• Listening to funeral sales calls.

• Ability to capture data.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have completed A Degree or Diploma in Administration/ HR/ Training/Psychology or related qualification
• Recent Graduate.
• Basic level competency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
