An opportunity has arisen at our Head Office for a Quality Assurance Operational Assessor to support company-wide quality management and will be reporting to the Quality Management Manager. The role requires a self-motivated, analytical and organised individual committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance, operational auditing, compliance or risk management.
• Managed Care, Occupational Health, Wellness or healthcare operations experience will be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards, service-level agreements and compliance frameworks.
• Strong computer literacy, analytical, communication and report-writing skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Implement the Quality Assurance Management Framework and conduct scheduled or ad-hoc operational audits.
• Document evidence and findings, issue clear reports and track prioritised corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor quality, operational and complaints performance to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organisational and client risk registers; follow up and escalate overdue or high-risk matters.
• Verify compliance with internal controls, SLAs, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Guide operational teams on quality standards, SOPs and improvement initiatives, and support stakeholder meetings.
• Deliver agreed KPIs: 95% audit completion; 90% timely action closure; monthly reporting by the 5th working day; 95% complaints within SLA; monthly calibration within 5%; and at least 90% client satisfaction.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
