Job description
We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Agent to join our dynamic Debt Review team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our debt counseling, negotiation, and administrative processes meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, National Credit Act (NCA) requirements, and internal customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call & Process Monitoring: Evaluate inbound and outbound calls, emails, and debt review proposals to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Compliance Checks: Verify that all restructuring proposals, client data, and NCR guidelines are accurately executed.
- Feedback & Coaching: Provide constructive, actionable feedback and coaching sessions to sales, admin, and collections agents to improve performance.
- Error Identification & Reporting: Pinpoint procedural gaps, track error trends, and recommend process improvements to management.
- Risk Management: Mitigate operational and legal risks by ensuring stringent adherence to debt review regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum [e2-3] years of dedicated QA experience within the Debt Review, Debt Counselling, or Collections industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the National Credit Act (NCA) and debt review administration processes.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in QA software, CRM systems, and call center dialer environments.
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential; relevant credit management or compliance certifications are a distinct advantage.
