Quality Checker (QC)

We are a wholesale supplier of replacement automotive body parts, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker (QC) to join our warehouse team.

In this role, you will check picked orders before they go out for delivery — making sure customers receive the correct parts, in the correct quantities, and in good condition every time.

You will be the final checkpoint between our warehouse and our customers, helping us protect our reputation for reliable, accurate deliveries.

What You will Do:

• Open and physically check picked orders against the picking slip/invoice before dispatch.
• Verify that the correct part numbers, descriptions, and quantities have been picked.
• Inspect items for visible damage, defects, or incorrect items before they are packed.
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged stock to the warehouse/picking team.
• Work closely with the warehouse, dispatch and drivers’ teams to reduce errors and delivery delays.
• Maintain a clean, organised QC checking area.

What We are Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in a quality control, warehouse, or order-checking role, ideally in wholesale, distribution, or automotive parts.
• Strong attention to detail — able to spot incorrect items, wrong quantities, or damage quickly.
• Ability to read and match part numbers/descriptions accurately (automotive parts knowledge is a strong advantage)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with other departments.
• Reliable, honest, and accountable — this role protects both stock accuracy and customer trust.

Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
