Job description
Job Purpose
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented QC Graduate to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital presence on the factory floor, ensuring that our food products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Online QC & Line Checks: Conduct routine pre-start, in-process, and post-production online quality checks (e.g., weights, packaging integrity, coding, and sensory evaluations).
- Incoming Raw Material Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming raw materials and packaging against approved technical specifications, ensuring compliance before release into production.
- Dispatching Checks: Complete final dispatch checklists to ensure finished products meet all quality, labeling, and logistical standards before leaving the facility.
- Hygiene & GMP Auditing: Perform daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walk-throughs to ensure excellent factory hygiene, allergen control, and staff compliance.
- Root Cause : Assist in investigating root causes of non-conformances and help implement effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately complete and maintain daily QC logs, batch records, and calibration schedules.
- Food Safety Culture: Actively support and promote a positive food safety and quality culture among the factory floor staff.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: As per operational requirements, you may be required to perform reasonable ad hoc tasks from time to time to support the food safety team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: National Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or Consumer Science (Food & Nutrition).
- Knowledge Base: Foundational understanding of HACCP, GMPs, food safety regulations, and allergen management.
- No previous experience required, recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply
