Job description
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting as many high-quality survey interviews as possible with residents who meet screening criteria and accurately capturing their responses

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Data capturing experience
- Read, write and speak English & at least one of the following languages: Afrikaans, Sesotho, Xhosa or Zulu
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a call centre (advantageous)
- Survey fieldwork experience (advantageous)
Skills:
- Telephone etiquette
- Written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
Abilities:
- Work well under pressure
- Work independently
- Apply sound judgement
Knowledge and Commitment:
- Commitment to the Democratic Alliance principles, policies and program of action
- Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
