DUTIES:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for electrical installations and materials.
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor claims.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with relevant terms and conditions.
• Prepare progress valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Support project teams with cost reporting, cash flow management, and profitability tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits for measurement verification and cost assessments.
• Support procurement planning and material cost optimization.
• Ensure accurate and timely project reporting and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ND/BTECH in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5-10 years' experience
• Experience in pricing MV/HV projects
• Estimating/QS experience in construction projects
• CCS and QTO
• Valid Code B or Higher Drivers License

KPA'S:

• Project Estimation Support – Preparing accurate and reliable tender cost estimates.
• Stakeholder Communication – Drive the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Tender Process – Aid in the management and administration of the tendering process, including compiling documentation and evaluating submissions.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the procurement and commercial teams, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
