About the Role

This function is that of overseeing and ensuring that all warehouse activities and administration processes are followed and adhered to regarding all Raw material stock (Board, Paper and Inks)

Key Requirements

Matric

Experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment

Logistics/ Supply Chain Qualification is an added advantage

Computer literacy , i.e. : Outlook , Excel ,Word , Prism

Vehicle License

Forklift License

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Logistics of Raw Materials from the Warehouse to the Production Floor. This includes ensuring forklift drivers follow procedures, i.e.: correct board handling requirements

Stock Counts done timeously, i.e.: weekly and monthly

Supervision of all Forklifts - Maintenance, intervention of any forklift damage and ensuring forklift checklists are adhered to in preventing any possible damages

Ensure all Raw Materials are received, inspected (as per SOP) and allocated into the correct stock location

Ensure all GRN’s, Issues and Transfers are done correctly and timeously in Prism

Ensure inputs are updated timeously onto the production plans and liaise with suppliers where necessary

Ensure all FSC standards are complied with as per requirement

Ad hoc administrative duties as required by management

General knowledge and awareness of health and safety policies and procedures

Knowledge and understanding of quality procedures

Understand in detail, the duties and procedures relating to printing and packaging

Familiar with Company disciplinary procedures

Pay: From R15 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
