• Ensure quick response to clients and emergency call outs and calls
• Ensure visibility at standoff points and during area patrols
• Ensure client’s complaints are handled efficiently and written reporting feedback
• Ensure that the disciplinary code is always adhered to
• Ensure the safety of clients by checking premises thoroughly
• Action – follow up inspections and implementation of corrective actions

? Provide a high standard of service to respond to alarm signals and emergency calls within SOP-defined timeframes? Maintain high visibility at standoff points and conduct regular high risk area patrols

? Conduct daily parade and comply with Standing Operating Procedures (SOP)

? Identify off peak times and vulnerable areas to be patrolled

Skills and Competencies

• Incident Handling: Accurate investigations, emergency support, incident

handling and support to complete reports and logs.Assist with any problems or complaints, witness

interviewing and statement taking

• Compliance, Health and Safety: Adhere to Health and Safety, SOP, PSIRA code of

Conduct, Firearms Control Act and Toolbox talks, Asset

and Firearm safekeeping

• Vehicles & Equipment Care: Maintain operational readiness, cleanliness of assigned

vehicles, firearm and equipment.Keep your vehicle washed, neat and tidy at all times in

branding visibility to deter crime.

• Reporting: Submit daily / weekly return checklists, routine inspection

reports, incident reports with recommendations, feedback

and actions taken. Attend to all meetings and training sessions

• Site Specific Objectives:Perform a public relations service and introduction calls

to new clients. Any reasonable action requested by management

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Minimum Grade B
• PSIRA – Response Officer proficiency
• Armed Response / Reaction Training certification
• Driver's Licence older than 2 years
• Valid South African Citizen
• Proof of Firearm Training for business use
• SAPS Competence Certificate
