What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual appointments with motivated homeowners
- Build rapport and uncover each seller's goals
- Negotiate and secure signed purchase agreements
- Consistently follow up with prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with our Dispositions and Operations teams
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
