Real Estate Agent / Commercial Property Broker

Northpoint Realty Group is currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Brokers and Residential Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for professionals with a proven track record in real estate who are looking to manage their own business while leveraging a supportive, growth-oriented company infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property transactions for residential and commercial clients.
• Proactively acquire new listings and expand your property portfolio.
• Conduct property viewings and provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements effectively.
• Maintain an active, professional online presence to attract and engage clients.
• Stay informed on current market trends and property regulations.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and achieve collective goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PPRA (Agent or Broker status).
• Demonstrated experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong background in property management and new home sales.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
• Leadership experience or the desire to lead and mentor a team of agents.
