Real Estate Agent Opportunities – Keller Williams Dynamic

Keller Williams Dynamic is expanding and invites motivated, results-driven estate agents, in the Helderberg and surrounding areas, including Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay, Stelenbosch and Paarl, at all career stages to join our market centre.

This opportunity offers uncapped earning potential, with income directly linked to individual performance. You determine your success. There is no ceiling on what you can achieve.

We provide industry-leading training, coaching, systems, models, and tools designed to support both new entrants to the property industry and experienced agents seeking to significantly grow their businesses.

Important information:

This is a commission-based position, with income earned upon the successful registration of transactions in the Deeds Office.
Applicants must be financially self-sustainable for a minimum of three months.
No restrictions on farming or operating areas.
Competitive commission splits structured to benefit the agent.
Capped commission structures in favour of the agent.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
Reliable transport
Working cellphone and laptop
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A strong work ethic and commitment to success

Preference will be given to candidates with tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in marketing and sales.
