About the Role

Northpoint Realty Group is expanding, and we're looking for ambitious, self-motivated Residential Estate Agents to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

List, market, and sell residential properties.
Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
Conduct property valuations and viewings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

NQF Level 4 in Real Estate.
Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
Proven residential property sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and property.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
