SA Property Brokers (SAPB) is a growing, PPRA-registered brokerage (Firm Reg F56137) based in George, Western Cape, built around one idea: practitioners perform better when the admin, compliance, and back-office friction is handled for them. We're actively growing our practitioner base, and we're looking for two kinds of people: agents already in the industry who want more support and a better structure, and driven newcomers ready to build a career from the ground up.

Role Description

We're recruiting Property Practitioners at every stage:

If you're already registered and active in the industry  — SAPB removes the admin and compliance load that eats into your selling time, gives you a brand and back-office behind you, and lets you build your own team and commission structure under our Signature Broker model. You keep your book and your independence; you gain infrastructure.

If you're new to property or considering the switch  — you'll start as a Candidate Property Practitioner with direct, hands-on mentorship through your PPRA registration and your first live deals. That includes listing preparation, market research, client communication, CRM and records management, and document handling for leases, sales, and compliance — real exposure to the full transaction lifecycle from day one, not theory.

Either way, you're joining a brokerage built by someone who's done the work: 7+ years developing and selling property, including 6 self-built homes and a 12-unit residential estate, before building SAPB to give other practitioners the support structure that was missing when I started.

Qualifications

For experienced agents:

• Active or recent PPRA registration (Full Status or Candidate)
• A track record in residential or commercial sales, rentals, or property management
• Interest in a brokerage model with more support and commission flexibility

For new candidates:

• Interest in real estate or property management and a willingness to learn industry practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with digital tools — email, spreadsheets, property platforms, video conferencing
• Relevant studies in real estate, business, finance or marketing are a plus, not required

For everyone:

• Good organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail with property information, documentation, and client records
• A professional, ethical approach to client service and a genuine interest in building a career in property
