We're Hiring an Appointment Setter — Real Estate (Remote) 📍 Remote | $500–$2,000/month + 5% commission (~$75–$225 per close) | 7 AM–4 PM EST

We help US real estate agents grow their business through short-form video content. Your job is simple — call leads, have real conversations, and book qualified realtors onto a strategy call with our CEO. You're not closing. You're protecting his calendar from bad-fit demos.

This is not a beginner role. We want the top 1% — someone who already knows they're great at this.

DO NOT APPLY IF:

• You don't have experience with remote sales job like cold calling and appointment setting for at least 2 years.
• Your english is not good, we need the best english
• You are looking to work part time, or are studying in uni, we are looking for people who are looking for a serious full time job.
• You are not great at what you do, this is not a job for beginners, we are looking for experienced people.

The best look like this:

• 2+ years of cold calling US prospects (B2B, not just inbound BPO)
• Clear, calm English that US realtors trust on the phone
• "Help, don't sell" mindset — you'd rather book 5 great demos than 15 weak ones
• GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) experience
• Real estate background is a big plus
• Calm under rejection (50 "no"s a day doesn't shake you)
• Coachable, detail-oriented, hungry but patient
• Great results in your previous roles
