Dunamis Properties is a growing South African real estate company currently expanding its footprint across the Eastern Cape. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in property while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Focus Areas
We're expanding our footprint across South Africa, but specifically looking for new team members in the Eastern Cape including Gqeberha, Sarah Baartman, Buffalo City, Amathole, Chris Hani, Joe Gqabi, Wild Coast, and Alfred Nzo regions.
Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, self-starting individuals to join our team as Estate Agents. This is a flexible, virtual position that allows you to work from home on either a part- or full-time basis. Whether you are new to the property industry or looking for a flexible career opportunity - we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Source rental &/ for sale properties
- Advise clients on market related prices and trends
- Market and promote property listings across various platforms
- Conduct in-person property viewings and contract negotiations
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the property transaction process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide professional guidance and excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to customer service
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Access to a reliable internet connection and basic computer skills
- Driver's licence and own vehicle (public transport and Uber/Bolt is not an option)
- A passion for property and helping people
No prior sales experience is required.
