Job description
We are looking for an experienced U.S. Wholesale Real Estate Dispositions Manager to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who understands the wholesale real estate business and knows how to build relationships with cash buyers, negotiate assignment fees, and help get deals closed.
You will be responsible for marketing our wholesale properties, managing buyer relationships, negotiating with investors, coordinating with title companies, and ensuring smooth closings. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: R18 204,00 per month
