Land Disposition Manager – Vacant Land Sales (Remote)

About Us:
We're a high-volume vacant land acquisition and disposition company closing 70+ deals per year. We buy vacant land at a discount and sell it to builders, developers, investors, and end buyers nationwide. We move fast and we're growing.
The Role:
This is a phone-heavy sales position. You'll be responsible for selling our inventory of vacant land lots by building and maintaining relationships with buyers, builders, realtors, and investors. If you're not comfortable spending 6-8 hours a day on the phone, this isn't for you.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls daily to prospective buyers, builders, realtors, and investors
- Build and maintain a buyer database through consistent outreach and relationship development
- Manage the full disposition cycle from listing through closing
- List properties on land marketplaces (Crexi, The Land Portal, etc.)
- Negotiate purchase agreements with buyers
- Coordinate with title companies to push deals to close
- Provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker with strong phone presence — you sound confident, professional, and natural on calls
- Proven track record in outbound sales, real estate, or a phone-intensive role
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be told to pick up the phone
- Comfortable with high call volume and building relationships from scratch
- Organized enough to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required — we'll teach you the land business
Compensation:
Competitive base + commission on closed deals (details discussed during interview)
Pay: From R17 000,00 per month
