Location: Remote — South Africa based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM SAST (1-hour lunch break included)
Compensation: $900 USD per month
Holidays: US public holidays
Must have backup power-supply and internet
About the Role
Our client is a US-based real estate photography company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join their team. You'll be editing a high volume of real estate images -interiors, exteriors, aerials, and more — ensuring every photo is polished and ready for delivery to our clients by 10:00 AM Eastern Time each morning. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa. You'll work during your standard daytime hours, processing shoots that are uploaded the evening before, so our US-based team wakes up to completed edits every day.
What You'll Be Doing
-Editing real estate photography including interiors, exteriors, aerial/drone shots, and twilight images
-Colour correcting, exposure balancing, and retouching images to a consistent, professional standard
-Processing images through Auto HDR and HDPhotoHub
-Performing final touch-ups in Adobe Lightroom (primary) and Photoshop (as needed)
-Delivering completed edits on time — all shoots must be ready by 10:00 AM ET the following morning
-Following specific style guides and client preferences with consistency and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
-Based in South Africa with a reliable internet connection and computer setup
-Proficient in Adobe Lightroom- this is your main tool
-Comfortable with Photoshop for occasional retouching work
-Experience with or ability to quickly learn HDPhotoHub
-A Good eye for design, light, and composition — real estate editing experience is a plus but not required
-Reliable, punctual, and a great listener — this matters more to us than a long CV
-Able to follow instructions, take feedback well, and maintain consistent quality
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: R14 800,00 per month
