About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Transaction Coordinator to add to our team. You'll be pivotal in our growth and success, evaluating properties and supporting sales. This is NOT a sales role. This would be helping the team close real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Title Companies, Buyers, and Sellers to Help Facilitate The Closing Of Our Properties
- Manage contact between sellers, agents, and title companies via text, email, and phone.
- Handle current clients and make sure the customer experience is exceptional up until closing.
Requirements:
- Paralegal in any field (or similar role)
- Customer Service, Transaction Coordination or Virtual Assistant Experience
- Works well under pressure
- Must feel comfortable speaking with people
- Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer
- Prior experience with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
Compensation:
- Starting at 190,000 annual salary + bonuses per deal closed
- Bonus pay as business expands
