✨ WE’RE HIRING | RECEPTION & BAR ATTENDANT ✨
We are looking for a warm, professional and experienced Reception & Bar Attendant to join our team.
This is a unique role for someone who loves hospitality, people and creating an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be the welcoming face of our salon while also assisting with our coffee and drinks service.
☕ What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming clients warmly and professionally
- Preparing and serving excellent coffee and cappuccinos
- Making and serving cocktails, drinks and refreshments
- Welcoming guests with a drink and something light to enjoy
- Looking after clients throughout their salon experience
- Assisting stylists with bookings and client requests
- Answering the telephone and managing appointments
- Taking bookings and communicating with clients
- Keeping the reception, bar and salon areas clean, organised and beautifully presented
- Assisting the salon team wherever needed
- Making sure every client feels looked after from the moment they arrive until they leave
✨ What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality, reception, bar or a similar client-facing environment
- Confident making quality coffee and cappuccinos — barista experience is a big advantage
- Comfortable making and serving cocktails and other drinks
- Friendly, polished and naturally welcoming
- Professional and well-presented
- Excellent with people and customer service
- Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Confident answering phones and managing bookings
- A team player who is happy to get involved wherever needed
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail
Previous barista, bartender, hospitality, hotel, restaurant or high-end reception experience will be advantageous.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and passion for creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
